In addition to the construction industry, our Clients are diversified and include businesses such as garages, gardeners, artists & small events. We work closely with our clients to ensure they are able to meet their legal obligations and achieve their commercial objectives. Through working jointly we will achieve a co-ordinated and integrated approach to health and safety that will:

The Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 increased the emphasis for all construction project teams (both domestic and commercial project work) to ensure that adequate health and safety arrangements are in place.
Responsibilities extend from inception through design risk management to site level and beyond for occupation and use. Clients and Designers can be held accountable for any shortcomings their decisions and arrangements lead to during the construction phase or thereafter.
DMA Health and Safety assist all disciplines involved in a construction project, both to actively manage safety and to comply with their legal obligations (Clients, Principal Designers, Designers, Principal Contractors, Contractors and Operatives).
We have provided CDM since 1994 when the CDM Regulations were first introduced. We work on a wide range of projects, from minor works of a few thousand pounds to significant developments in excess of £120 million pounds. Our CDM services can be enhanced by the addition of regular site safety audits and monitoring.
